Back Into Blogging

A lot has happened since my last blog post.  I finished my second year as a preschool teacher, Boy #3 made the Challenge Soccer team (I now have 3 boys on a traveling soccer team,) and I lost 25 pounds.  You might wonder how I lost 25 pounds so fast?  You might remember when I posted about my gender reveal.  Well, I had that baby girl! Yep, my friends, as if my life was not chaotic enough, another mouth to feed has been added to my crew.  However, I am not complaining, because she is the sugar that sweetens these Four Hungry Boys.

I have had the summer off from teaching and I thought that with all my free time, I would catch up on blogging and reinvent my blog.  I even thought I would change the name of my blog to incorporate my new baby girl.  Yeah, that did not happen.  My mindset went from reinventing my blog to giving it up completely.  I have two weeks until I “go back to school,” so what a perfect time to decide that I need to start up my blogging again and reinvent my (insert sarcasm) once super successful blog.  Indecisive much?  That I am.  I just cannot kick the intuition that I need to be blogging for some reason unbeknownst to me.  So, here I am again.

How will I reinvent Four Hungry Boys?  You might think my first step would be to change the name of the blog now that I have a daughter;  however, I am keeping the name because I know the hard work it takes to start a website from scratch.  I do not have the time, nor the patience for a name change.  What I will change is the content of my blog.  I decided I will post on Friday of each week.  Since I love the F word . . . food, family, fun, and free-for-all; I will rotate posts that focus on each of these F words.  Will I actually follow through or be a part of the 95% of the people who intend to change and fail?  Time will tell.  I have given myself the deadline of March 2018, when my domain name expires, to succeed at a regular posting schedule.  So, here it goes.
